本日も、前回に引き続き、2023年度3回生の自己紹介をさせていただきます！

②出身地：兵庫県神戸市

④座右の銘: チャンスは自分から掴み取れ
この言葉は、私の行動方針であり、これまでに私に成長と勇気を与えてくれました。
私は常に新しい挑戦を求め、成長を重ねることを大切にしています。過去には様々なチャンスや周りの環境に恵まれ、それらを掴むことで経験や成果を得ることができました。しかし、チャンスはたくさんの努力や計画が必要な場合もあり、途中で諦めてしまいたくなるときもありました。その時、私はこの「チャンスは自分から掴み取れ」という言葉に心動かされ、自ら率先して行動し、新たな機会に飛び込むことの大切さに気付き、勇気づけられました。
また、この座右の銘を意識することで、ポジティブな姿勢を保ち、困難な状況に立ち向かう力を養ってきました。挑戦を通じて学ぶことで、より成長し、自分の能力を高められると考えています。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標
ゼミを通しての目標は大きく分けて２つあります。一つ目は日本語でのプレゼンテーション力の向上です。私は1歳から高校卒業までの16年間、インドネシアのバリ島で生活をしていたという背景から、インドネシア語と比較した際に、人前で日本語を話すことに対する苦手意識が少しありました。そのため、ゼミでの学習や研究成果の発表において、自分のアイデアや研究成果を、明確かつ効果的に伝えられるよう、ゼミでの2年間の目標として、日本語でのプレゼンテーション力の向上を目標と設定しました。
二つ目に、論理的思考力の向上です。これまで私は、感情や直感によって意思決定をしてしまうことが多々ありました。しかし、論理的な根拠や理由に基づいて情報を整理し、合理的な結論を導き出すことが、自身の思考能力そして意思決定能力の向上につながると考えています。そのため、ゼミではディスカッションや研究をはじめとした様々な問題や課題に対して論理的に考え、適切な解決策を見つける力を養っていきたいです。
⑥将来の目標
私の将来の目標は、幼いころから掲げていた「日本とインドネシアの架け橋となる存在」を実現することです。
インドネシアは、日本人が認識している以上に親日国であり、日本の文化や製品が広く受け入れられています。街中には日本のメーカーやレストラン、日本食の店舗が点在します。その点から、インドネシアの日本に対する関心と愛情を感じることができます。そして、私が日本人として生まれ、16年間インドネシアで育ったことは、両国の文化的な違いを身をもって体験する機会となりました。
そして、これまでの経験が、私の将来の目標に向かう大きな原動力となっています。そのため、大学を卒業後は、自身の目標を達成する第一歩として、インドネシア進出を果たしている日本企業に就職し、インドネシア市場におけるニーズを理解したうえで、日本人としてインドネシアに貢献する形で日本企業とインドネシアのビジネスの架け橋として役割を果たしたいと考えています。

I’m Manaka Yamaguchi, a third-year student who is in charge of blogging at Konishi seminar.
Today, we continuingly introduce the third-year seminar students of this year.

④ Motto : Grab your chances by yourself."
These words are my course of action and have always inspired me to grow and be courageous.
I am always looking for new challenges and growth. In the past, I have been blessed with many different opportunities and surroundings, and seizing them has allowed me to gain experience and achievements. However, challenges sometimes require a lot of effort and planning, and there were times when I felt like giving up along the way. At that time, I was moved by this phrase, " grab your chances by yourself," and I realized the importance of taking the initiative and jumping into new opportunities, which encouraged me.
This motto has also helped me to maintain a positive attitude and develop the ability to face difficult situations. I believe that by learning through challenges, I have been able to grow and enhance my abilities.
⑤ Goals through the seminar：
There are two main goals through the seminar. The first is to improve my presentation skills in Japanese. Because of my background of having lived in Bali, Indonesia for 16 years from the age of one until I graduated from high school, I had a slight dislike of speaking Japanese in front of others when compared to the Indonesian language. Therefore, I set a goal to improve my presentation skills in Japanese during my two years in the seminar so that I could communicate my ideas and research results clearly and effectively in Japanese during seminar studies and research presentations.
Second, I wanted to improve my logical thinking ability. In the past, I often made decisions based on my feelings and intuition. However, I believe that organizing information based on logical grounds and reasons and drawing rational conclusions will lead to the improvement of my thinking and decision-making abilities. Therefore, I would like to cultivate my ability to think logically and find appropriate solutions to various problems and issues through discussions and research in the seminar.
⑥ Dream in the future ：
My future goal is to become a bridge between Japan and Indonesia, which I have set out to achieve since I was a child.
Indonesia is a more pro-Japanese country than Japanese people realize, and Japanese culture and products are widely accepted. Japanese manufacturers, restaurants, and Japanese food stores are scattered throughout the city, and one can feel the interest and love for Japan. And being born Japanese and raised in Indonesia for 16 years has given me the opportunity to experience firsthand the cultural differences between the two countries.
My experiences so far have been a major driving force in my pursuit of my future goals. Therefore, as a first step toward achieving my goals, I would like to work for a Japanese company that is expanding into Indonesia, understand the needs of the Indonesian market, and contribute to Indonesia as a Japanese national by acting as a bridge between Japanese companies and Indonesian businesses. I would like to play a role as a bridge between Japanese companies and Indonesian businesses.
In the next article, we will introduce Kohana Terada, who is planning to go to Malaysia for social contribution activities this fall semester.
