小西ゼミ4回生の山口菜々果と申します。
今回は、２年間のゼミ活動で私が最も意識していたことと、その教訓についてお話しします。
今振り返ると、ゼミ活動は２年間でしたが、私にとっての２年間は非常に多くの体験と思いが凝縮された、全てが忘れがたい大切な経験となりました。
3年生では企業分析、PCM分析、4年生では経営学、ビジネスコンテスト、ディベート、PCM分析、を主に実施しましたが、これらの活動やそれ以外のゼミ活動を通して、私が最も意識していたことを一言で表現すると、ずばり「情熱と主体性」です。
特にゼミ活動を実施するにあたっての「プロセス」の面では、いかに合意形成を図りながら方法を決定するのかを考え、自分から提案することができました。また、これを繰り返すことで、ゼミ活動以外でもゼミ生に対して様々な場を提供することにも繋がったと思います。
私が情熱と主体性を持ってゼミ活動に取り組んだことで学び得た教訓は２点あります。
１点目は「情熱（熱意）は行動につながる」ということです。この２年間、ゼミ活動において情熱を持ってすべての活動に取り組むことができたことにより、「もっとこうした方がいいのではないか？」などの疑問が浮かび、その疑問を解消するための行動につながっていたのではないかと思っています。
２点目は「主体性は、自分にも他者にも影響を与えることができる」ということです。主体的に何かに取り組むことは、自分自身を成長させることができるきっかけになると同時に、良くも悪くも他者に影響を与えうるものでもあると思います。私は２年間の中で、主体的に取り組んだことで失敗してしまった経験もありましたが、この失敗経験は客観的に自分を分析できるチャンスであること、そして次の成功への道標であることを体感しました。
このように私が情熱を持てたことや主体的に取り組めたのは、紛れもなくゼミ生のみんなや小西教授の言葉や人柄、行動があったからです。ゼミの２年間には、ここに書ききれないほどの学びが多くありましたが、それらはすべて多くの方々と機会に恵まれていたからこそだと思っています。

My name is Nanaka Yamaguchi, a 4th year student of Konishi-seminar.
Today, I would like to introduce about what I most pay attention during seminar activities and the lessons I learned.
Looking back, the seminar was for only two years, but all these two years were unforgettable and important experiences for me. In our third year, we conducted “corporate analysis” and “PCM analysis”, and in our fourth year, we mainly conducted business administration, business contests, debates, and PCM analysis. Through these activities, I paid attention to “passion and initiative” the most.
In particular, in terms of the “process” when implementing seminar activities, I was able to consider how to determine the activities while building consensus, and to make my own proposals. By repeating this process, I was able to provide various opportunities for seminar students.
There are two lessons I learned from my passionate and initiative.
Firstly. “passion (=entusiasm) can lead to action.” During the past two years, I have been able to engage in all of my seminar activities with passion, which has led me to ask myself questions such as, "Couldn't we do this better?” and other questions came to mind, and I believe that this led to actions to resolve those questions.
Secondly, “initiative can impact on both myself and others” I believe that working proactively can give me an opportunity for personal growth, and at the same time, it can influence others, for better or worse. During my two years, I experienced some failures in my proactive efforts, but I realized that this experience was an opportunity to analyze myself objectively and a guide to my next success as well.
The reason I was able to have such passion and initiative is thanks to the words, personalities, and actions of all the seminar students and Professor Konishi. I have learned so much during my two years in the seminar that I cannot write it all down here, but I believe it is all because I was blessed with so many people and opportunities.

I would like to conclude my writing by introducing these words to you all.
