本日も、前回に引き続き、2023年度3回生の自己紹介をさせていただきます！

①名前：木村友香理
②出身地：香川県
③趣味：旅行、読書、美術館巡り
④座右の銘: 置かれた場所で咲きなさい
私がこの言葉を座右の銘として選んだ理由は、自分が思うような環境に身を置けなかったとしても、その環境に対して嘆くばかりではなく、その場で自分が今出来る限りのことを行うことで道は開けると信じているからです。私はこれまで、自分の思い通りにならないつらい経験を味わってきました。しかしその度にこの言葉を思い出し、乗り越えてきたからこそ楽しい今があります。だからこそ、困難に立ち向かい前に進む力をくれるこの言葉をこれからも大切にしていきたいです。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標
私のゼミを通じての目標は2つあります。1つ目は物事を多角的に考える力です。「キャリアを考えるのはいいけど、それにとらわれてはいけない。」という小西先生の言葉がきっかけで、私は一つの面にとらわれない考え方ができる人になりたいと思うようになりました。よって私はゼミ活動を通じて視野を広げ、この目標を叶えられるよう努力していきたいです。2つ目は振り返りを行い、自分を客観的に見つめ直すことで、過去の自分よりも成長することです。今までは行動して終わりということが多かったのですが、小西ゼミでは振り返りの時間も設けられているため、ただ行動した自分だけに満足するのではなく、ゼミの時間を使って自分をアップデートし続けていきたいです。
⑥将来の目標
将来は、国内だけでなく海外とも関わりをもつ仕事をしたいと考えています。
私は、自分の知識を世の中をよくするために使いたいという思いがあり、自分のサポートで誰かの人生が変わることや、誰かの役に立てるように生きていきたいと考えています。そして自分のサポートがその人の可能性を伸ばすものでありたいと考えています。自分が影響を与えた人がまた他の人に影響を与え、世の中ひいては世界を変えていけるような影響を与えられる自分でありたいと思っています。私はそれをキャリアを築いていくうえで実現していきたいです。この目標を実現するうえで、国境に縛られることなく人と関わることを大切にしていきたいからこそ、日本だけではないグローバルなキャリアを形成していきたいと考えています。

I’m Manaka Yamaguchi, a third-year student who is in charge of blogging at Konishi seminar.
Today, we continuingly introduce the third-year seminar students of this year.
① Name :Yukari Kimura
② Hometown : Kagawa prefecture
③ Hobbies ：traveling, reading and museum visits
④ Motto : Bloom where you are planted.
There is a reason why I chose this motto, because I believe that even if you are not in the environment you want to be, you can find a way out by doing the best in the situation, rather than just lamenting about it. I have had many painful experiences in my life where things did not go my way. However, each time I remember these words, I get over it, and here I am today, happy and joyful. That is why, I will continue to cherish these words that give me the strength to face up to difficulties and move forward.
⑤ Goals through the seminar：
I have two goals through my seminar: The first is to be able to think about things from multiple perspectives. My teacher said, "Think about your career, but don't get caught up in it.", so that I want to become a person who can think in a way that is not limited to a single aspect. Secondly, I want to look back and review myself objectively so that I can grow more than I have in the past. I have often just taken action and called it a day, but the Konishi Seminar provides reflections each time, so I would like to use the seminar time to continue to update myself, rather than just being satisfied with my actions.
⑥ Dream in the future ：
In the future, I would like to work not only in Japan but also internationally. I have a desire to use my knowledge to make the world a better place, and I want to live my life so that my support can make a difference in someone's life and help them. I also hope that my support will develop the person's potential. I aspire to be able to influence the people in front of me to change for the better, and who can influence the people I have influenced to influence others, thereby changing the world, and the world in general. In order to realize this goal, I would like to develop a global career that is not limited to Japan.
In the next article, we will introduce Aoi Kano, who lived in Indonesia until high school.
