本日も、前回に引き続き、2023年度3回生の自己紹介をさせていただきます！

①名前：西村美紀
②出身地：香川県
③趣味：カフェ巡り
④座右の銘: 正解の道を選ぶのではなく、選んだ道を正解にしていく
私は、目標を設定した際に、達成のために最大限の努力をします。そのためにも、諦めず、積極的に様々な人からアドバイスをもらうように心がけています。もしも、最大限の努力をした結果、望んでいた結果にならなくても、自分でその環境や道を良いものに出来ると考えています。もちろん望んだ道や選択肢にならなくても必ずしも良いとは考えていませんが、努力した過程で必ず何かを学んでいますし、いつかその経験は何かに活きてくると信じています。進む道によって、違う自分を発見することが出来るとポジティブに考えています。
また、大学３年になり、周りの友人は将来に向けてそれぞれ本当に一生懸命に努力をしていますが、皆違う目標を持っています。正解の選択肢や目標などはなく、各々が設定した目標に対して自分自身の力でその選択肢を正解にしていくことが出来ると考えています。
そのため、「正解の道を選ぶのではなく、選んだ道を正解にしていく」ための行動をしていきます。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標
ゼミを通しての目標は「論理的思考能力を身につけること」です。私は発想を出す段階では、ついワクワクして実行出来ると考えますが、実際にやってみると上手くいかないことが何度かありました。一つ一つの考えに、なぜそう考えたのか、なぜそれが次の行動に繋がるのかを常に考え、それを実行出来る力を身につけていきたいです。
⑥将来の目標
私の将来の目標は様々なスキルをつけて「したい！」を実現できる人物になることです。
私は現在、「雇用を創出する」という目的のもと、学生団体で活動を行っていますが、ハードスキルもソフトスキルもまだまだ未熟であると感じる場面が多いです。論理的な思考力や計画力、マネジメント力等、さまざまなスキルを総合的に向上させ、かつ専門的なスキルも身につけたいと考えています。
現在はやりたいことや実現させたいことがあっても、なかなか思うようにいかないことが多いですが、上記のようなスキルを身につけることで、「したい！」と考えたことを実現させることが出来る人物になります。
次回の記事では、旅行や読書、美術館巡りなど多趣味な木村友香理についてご紹介します。

I’m Manaka Yamaguchi, a third-year student who is in charge of blogging at Konishi seminar.
Today, we continuingly introduce the third-year seminar students of this year.
① Name :Miki Nishimura
② Hometown : Kagawa prefecture
③ Hobbies :Cafe-hopping
④ Motto : Rather than choosing the right path, I strive to make the chosen path the right one
When I set goals, I make maximum effort to achieve them. I persist without giving up and actively seek advice from various people. However, even if my desired environment is not attainable despite my efforts, I believe that I can still turn into something positive. While I don’t dismiss the importance of desired options, I view the process of exerting effort as an opportunity to learn something valuable. I trust that the experiences gained from my efforts will eventually prove beneficial in some way. I approach different paths with a positive mindset, knowing that they can lead me to discover a different version of myself.
Moreover, as a third-year university student,my friends around me are all working really hard towards their futures, but they all have different goals. I believe that there are no definitive right choices or goals, and it is up to each individual to turn their chosen path into the right one through their own efforts.
Therefore, I will take action to “Do not choose the correct path, but make the chosen path the correct one”.
⑤ Goals through the seminar：
The goal through the seminar is to obtain the skill of logical thinking. When it comes to generating ideas, I feel excited and confident about executing them. However, in practice, I have found it difficult to reach my goals as planned. Therefore, I want to cultivate the ability to think through ideas logically and take each step steadily.
⑥ Dream in the future ：
My future goal is to become the person who can make my "I want to!" ideas a reality by acquiring various skills.
Currently, I am involved in activities within a student organization with the purpose of creating employment opportunities. However, I constantly feel that I lack the necessary skills. There are many instances where I perceive myself as inexperienced in both hard and soft skills. I aspire to enhance my overall skill set, including logical thinking, planning, and management skills, while also developing expertise in specific areas.
Although I often encounter challenges in realizing my aspirations and desires, acquiring skills will enable me to become the person who can make things happen. By honing my abilities, I will be able to turn my "I want to!" ideas into tangible achievements.
In the next article, we will introduce Yukari Kimura, who has many hobbies such as traveling, reading, and visiting museums.
