②出身地：愛知県
③趣味：スポーツ観戦、ご飯食べに行くこと、お笑い見ること

私は高校生の頃、カナダに1年間留学していたのですが、最初は英語が聞き取れないと共にカルチャーショックを受けて精神的にとても辛い時期がありました。しかし、私の負けず嫌いという性格からこの悩みを解決するために現地の人に話しかけたり、行事ごとには積極的に参加したりするようにしました。この経験を通して、死ぬこと以外はかすり傷だと思えるようになりました。
大学生活でも些細な悩みはありましたが、ゼミ活動を含め、何事も全力で取り組みたいです。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標
私のゼミ目標は根拠を持った意見を言えるようにすることです。私は自分の意見を持っているものの根拠はなく、直感で発言してしまう癖があります。しかし、社会人となって会社の利益のために働く時に自分の単なる考えでは物事は上手く進まない上に、損出を出してしまう恐れがあります。
小西ゼミ生は多様なバックグラウンドを持つだけではなく、常に根拠を提示した上で意見をいいます。私も常に根拠を持った上で発言することを意識していこうと思います。
⑥研究テーマ
私は企業が2030年に向けて取り組んでいる食品ロス活動を分析したいと思っています。私が働いている飲食店や学校の食堂では日々廃棄食材が発生しています。まだ食べられるのに衛生環境の問題で捨てられてしまうのが現状としてあります。私は食品の生産元である食品企業の取り組みが社会に影響を与えるのではないかと推測し、食品を扱う企業に焦点を当てて研究していきたいと考えています。

When I was a high school student, I had been studying abroad in Canada for a year, but at first, I couldn't understand English and I was shocked by the culture, and it was a very difficult time mentally. However, because of my unyielding personality, I tried to talk to local people and actively participate in each event in order to solve this problem. Through this experience, I have come to think that it is a scratch other than dying.
I had some minor worries in my college life, but I would like to do my best to do everything, including seminar activities.
⑤Goals through the seminar
My seminar goal is to be able to give a valid opinion. Although I have my own opinion, there is no evidence and I have a habit of speaking intuitively. However, when I graduate from my university and work for the benefit of the company, things do not go well with my own thoughts, and there is a risk of losing money.
Konishi Seminar students not only have diverse backgrounds but also always present their grounds before giving their opinions. I will always be aware that I will speak on a grounded basis.
⑥Research Topic
I would like to analyze the food loss activities that companies are working on towards 2030. Wasted ingredients are generated every day at the restaurants where I work at and school cafeterias. The current situation is that they are still edible but are thrown away due to hygienic environmental problems. I speculate that the efforts of food companies, which are food producers, may have an impact on society, and I would like to focus my research on food companies.
