本日も、前回に引き続き、2023年度3回生の自己紹介をさせていただきます！

①名前：山口愛夏（ヤマグチマナカ）
②出身地：兵庫県神戸市
③趣味：写真を撮ること、人とおしゃべりをすること
④座右の銘：「失敗しても自分の選んだ道が人生」
これは、みなさんご存知の明石家さんまさんの言葉です。みなさんは、失敗した経験がありますか？失敗は人生で必ず出会うものであり、失敗をするとネガティブな気持ちになってしまうと思います。しかし、その道を選んだのは自分であり、失敗しなければ見ることのできなかった景色がある。それこそが自分だけの人生であり、自分にしか創れない人生であると、この言葉を聞いて感じました。もともと失敗に対してあまりネガティブになる性格ではなかったのですが、この言葉に出会ってからは、失敗に関わらず全ての選択が自分だけのものであると考えることができるようになりました。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標
私は、誰に対しても自分自身の意見を伝えることができる一方で、他者の意見を柔軟に受け入れることが苦手です。そのため、何か発表をした後、聞き手からフィードバックをもらう際に、それらを素直に受け止めることができません。しかし、より良いものにするためには、客観的な意見を取り入れ、それを自分のものにし、自身の成長につなげる必要があると思います。 2年間のゼミ活動を通して、自ら仲間にフィードバックをもらいにいくこと、そしてグループディスカッションなどの際には、自分の意見を主張するとともに、周りの意見にもしっかり耳を傾けることを意識していきたいです。
⑥将来の夢
私の将来の夢は、「世界の子どもたちが質の高い適切な教育を受けられる環境の創出に携わる」ことです。高校2年生の時に国際協力、国際問題に関心を持ち、総合政策学部国際政策学科を志望するようになりました。そして、浪人生活を通して、十分な教育を受けられることのありがたさを再認識すると同時に、教育が与える将来への選択肢の可能性にも出会い、教育に興味を持つようになりました。しかし、世界ではまだ多くの子どもたちが教育を受けることができていません。生まれた国や地域によって将来の選択肢が狭まってしまわないように、一人でも多くの子どもたちが、描いた夢を夢中で追いかけられるような環境をつくる手伝いがしたいです。
次回の記事では、今年度唯一のメディア情報学科生、寺東結実（てらひがしゆみ）の自己紹介を行います。

I’m Manaka Yamaguchi, a third-year student who is in charge of blogging at Konishi seminar.
Today, we continuingly introduce the third-year seminar students of this year.
① Name : Manaka Yamaguchi
② Hometown : Kobe city, Hyogo prefecture
③ Hobbies : Taking pictures, Talking with friends
④ Motto : The path you choose is your life, even if you fail.
This word was said by Sanma Akashiya, whom you all know. Have you ever experienced failure? I believe that failure is something that we are bound to encounter in our lives. Generally, you feel negative when you fail. However, it is you who chose that path. There is a view that you could not have seen if you had not failed. I felt that this is a life that only I can create. I have never been a person who is very negative about failure, but after encountering this word, I am now able to think that all my choices, regardless of failure, are unique to me.
⑤ Goals through the seminar
While I have my own opinions anytime and able to communicate with anyone, I am not very good at being flexible and open to the opinions from others. Therefore, when I give a presentation and receive feedback from the audience, I cannot accept them honestly. However, in order to make a better one, I think it is necessary to take in objective opinions, make them my own, and connect them to my personal growth. Throughout the two years in this seminar, I would like to be conscious of asking for feedback from my fellow members, and when group discussions are held, I want to be aware of listening carefully to the other opinions as well as insisting on my own opinions.
⑥ Dream in the future
My dream is to be involved in “creating the environment where as many children in the world as possible can receive a high-quality and appropriate education”I have been interested in international issues and international cooperation since I was a high school student, so that I applied to the School of Policy Studies at Kwansei Gakuin University. In addition, through preparation for the entrance examination, I’ve been especially concerned with education and found possible options for the future given by education. However, many children still lack access to education. I want to make the environment where the more children can pursue their dreams with enthusiasm, so that their future options are not limited by the country or region where they were born.
In the next article, we will introduce Yumi Terahigashi, who is from the department of applied informatics.
