本日も、前回に引き続き、2023年度3回生の自己紹介をさせていただきます！

①名前：山縣香純
③趣味：映画鑑賞、YouTubeを見ること、散歩
④座右の銘：If you can dream it, you can do it.
この言葉について私が知っていることは、ミッキー・マウスやディズニーランドの生みの親であるウォルト・ディズニーの名言であるということのみです。この言葉がどういった背景で発されたのか理解しきれていないですが、私にとっては、夢見ることの素晴らしさ、挑戦への勇気や熱意、何にでもなれるのだという自由を思い出させてくれる大切な言葉です。この言葉は、夢の大小に関わらず、何かを成し遂げる人は、その姿を想像し、夢を描ける人なのであると教えてくれます。
この言葉のおかげで、「面白そう」「楽しそう」「知りたい」といった小さな好奇心を行動へ繋げることができた経験がたくさんあります。これからも「こうなりたい」を諦めない自分であり続けたいです。
⑤ゼミを通しての目標：
私は、ゼミを通して、一つのゴールに向かって計画的に取り組む力、またその過程でのチームワークや協調性を身につけたいと考えています。私は計画的に行動することや物事を継続させることへの苦手意識が強くあります。そのため、ゼミ活動としてのプレゼン発表や進級論文執筆などを通して、自分と向き合い、その短所を少しでも克服していきたいです。また、ゼミ生の仲間たちとは小西ゼミでせっかく巡り合えたので、協力し合い、高め合っていけるような関係を築いていきたいです。
⑥将来の夢：
私の将来の目標は「人のための人になる」ことです。「人のための」とありますが、それは家族かもしれないし、友達かもしれないし、仕事仲間や仕事での取引相手かもしれません。しかし、いずれにせよ、私自身の行動や発言が誰かにとってプラスに働くものであるような人になりたいと強く思っています。では、どうやってそんな人になるのか？そのためには様々な方法があると思います。例えば、今まで大切に育ててきてくれた母親に少しでも休んでもらうことが恩返しになるのなら、私はまず家事を率先して行うことが必要です。友達から悩み相談をされたときに私の言葉で元気づけるとするなら、言葉を送る私自身が信頼してもらえる人になることが必要だと思います。そのためには、約束や時間・期限を守ることや、最後まで話を聞くこと、適切な言葉を選ぶことなど、日頃の行いの積み重ねが大切になると思います。また、仕事においては、世の中のニーズを掴み、責任を持って自身の能力を活かしていくことが、巡り巡って誰かのためになるのだと思います。このようにアプローチの仕方は様々ですが、自身の学びや経験・言動を誰かの役に立てられるように、そしてそのために、日々努力できるような人になりたいです。

I’m Amane Nakamura, a third-year student who is in charge of blogging at Konishi seminar.
Today, we continuingly introduce the third-year seminar students of this year.
① Name : Kasumi Yamagata
② Hometown : Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture
③ Hobbies ：Watching movies, watching YouTube, walking
④ Motto : If you can dream it, you can do it.
All I know about this phrase is that it is the words from Walt Disney, creator of the Mickey Mouse and Disneyland. Although I don't fully understand the context in which these words were uttered, they are important to me because they remind me of the beauty of dreaming, the courage and enthusiasm to take on challenges, and the freedom to be anything I want. They tell me that the person who achieves something can imagine and draw the dream, no matter how big or small it is.
Thanks to these words, I have had many experiences that I was able to turn small curiosities such as "sounds interesting," "looks fun," and "I want to know" into actions. I want to continue to be the kind of person who never gives up on what I want to be.
⑤ Goals through the seminar：
Through the seminar, I would like to acquire the ability to systematically work toward a single goal, as well as teamwork and cooperation in the process. I am not very good at planning and keeping things going. Therefore, I want to face myself and overcome these shortcomings, even if only a little, through seminar activities such as presenting presentations and writing thesis papers for advancement. In addition, I would like to build a relationship with my seminar members so that we can cooperate and enhance each other's skills, as we are all friends I have come to know through the Konishi Seminar.
⑥ Dream in the future ：
My goal for the future is to "become the person for others. The others may be my family, friends, business associates, or business partners. But in any case, I strongly want to be someone for whom my own actions and words will have a positive effect on them. So, how do I become such a person? I think there are various ways to do that. For example, if I want to repay my mother, who has raised me with great care, by giving her some rest, I must first take the initiative in doing housework. If my friends ask me for advice on their problems and I want to cheer them up with my words, it would be better if those words and myself are trustworthy. For this purpose, I think it is important to keep promises, time and deadlines, listen to them until the end, choose appropriate words, and so on, which are all part of my daily conduct. Also, in work, I believe that grasping the needs of the world and utilizing one's own abilities in a responsible manner will go around and benefit someone else. Although there are many different ways to approach this, I would like to be a person who can use my learning, experience, words, and actions to help others, and can make daily efforts on those purposes.
In the next article, we will introduce Ayane Kasai from Udon prefecture, who is hard on extracurricular activities.
