小西ゼミ3回生の堺千紗と申します。
今回は、最近私が頑張っている２つのことについてお話しします！
１つ目は長期インターンさせて頂いてるキャリア支援『BiZCAFE』です。BiZCAFEはスポンサー企業によって運営されており、会員の学生の方はマイボトルを持参するだけで学生生活中はドリンク無料になります。また、BiZCAFEは学生だけで運営しているため、日々貴重な経験ができます。
最近では、6月にオプテージ社がBiZCAFE会員限定のイベントを開催しました。私はそのイベント内容を構成するために企業の方と商談をしました。イベント内容を選定するにあたって学生の方が求めることと企業の方の要望をうまくまとめることが難しかったです。そのため、常に自分に置き換えて考え、それが両者にどうメリットになるのかを考えるように心がけました。何度も何度も打ち合わせを行って開催されたイベントは満席で、参加学生の方からは満足の声を聞くことができました。また、企業の方は自社の魅力を発信するだけではなく関学生の質の良さを発見できたと絶賛されており、その功績としてオプテージ社が引き続きBiZCAFEのスポンサーとして支援してくださることが決まりました。会社に貢献できたことに加えお客さまのニーズにも答えることができてとても嬉しかったです。
以上の経験からこれからも多角的に物事を考えてより一層頑張って店舗運営していきたいと思いました！！！
２つ目に取り組んでいることは、ゼミ内でのニュース共有です。毎朝朝8時から放送されるニュース番組を視聴し、通学時にはYahooニュース、LINEニュース、日経新聞に目を通しています。媒体によって取り上げられている内容や記載の仕方などが異なります。ニュースとして取り上げられている話題に加えて、その事実確認または社会全体の意見、そして自分の意見をゼミ生に共有しています。その上で、重要な部分の漏れがないようにわかりやすくまとめて共有することを心がけています。
最初は私が少しでも知識を増やしたくて始めたことでした。しかし、続けていくうちに自分の解釈を言語化することの難しさや１つの話題でいろんな視点からの考え方がある面白さに気付くようになりました。この活動は、社会で何が起きているのか、またそれに対する多様な意見を知ることで自分の知識を増やすと共に柔軟な思考力を持つことに繋がると思います。なので引き続き頑張って取り組みたいと思います！！！

My name is Chisa Sakai.
This time, I will talk about two things that I have been working on recently!
The first is the career support "BiZCAFE" where I am doing a long-term internship. BiZCAFE is run by a sponsor company, and students who are members can get free drinks during their student life just by bringing their own bottles. Also, since BiZCAFE is run only by students, I can have valuable experiences every day.
Recently, in June, Optage held an event for BiZCAFE members only. I had a business meeting with a company to organize the contents of the event. When selecting the content of the event, it was difficult to successfully summarize what the students wanted and what the companies wanted. For that reason, I always tried to put myself in the place and think about how it would be beneficial for both. The event, which was held after many meetings, was fully booked, and we were able to hear the voices of satisfaction from the participating students. In addition, the company has been highly praised for not only communicating the appeal of their company but also discovering the quality of the students, and it has been decided that Optage will continue to support BiZCAFE as a sponsor as a result of this achievement. In addition to contributing to the company, I was very happy to be able to answer the needs of our customers. From the experience, I would like to think about things from multiple angles and work harder to operate the store! ! !
The second thing I'm working on is sharing news with my seminar members. I watch news programs that are broadcast every morning at 8:00 a.m., and read Yahoo News, LINE News, and Nikkei Shimbun on my way to school. The content and the way of writing are different depending on the media. In addition to news topics, I share the facts, opinions of society as a whole, and my own opinions with seminar students. On top of that, I try to summarize and share in an easy-to-understand way so that there is no omission of important parts.
At first, I started because I wanted to increase my knowledge even a little. However, as I continued, I came to realize how difficult it is to verbalize my own interpretations and how interesting it is to have different perspectives on a single topic. I think that this activity will lead to increasing my knowledge and flexible thinking by knowing what is happening in society and the various opinions about it. So I would like to continue to work hard! ! !
