読んだ本の感想
題名：「仕事の答えは、すべて「童話」が教えてくれる。」

概要
本作は世界中の人々に長年、愛され読まれ続けてきた「童話」を“一般的”とは異なる視点から読み解いていく。多くの人々が一度は読んだことがあるであろう、日本の童話（ex:猿蟹合戦、金太郎、鶴の恩返しなど）と海外の童話（ex:人魚姫、シンデレラ、白雪姫など）を幼い頃とはまた違った、今だからこそ理解できる話の奥深さを体験できる。また童話の解釈だけでなく、それぞれの話が私たちに説いている教訓を、仕事や人間関係などにどう生かすかという考え方を気づかせてくれる。本の構成としては、イラストや余白が効果的に挿入されており、読書が苦手な人も1時間ほどで一気に読むことができる。
感想
古今東西に渡って愛されてきた「童話」が、なぜ愛されてきたのかを理解できた。本書に出会うまで「童話＝主に子供が読む本」という印象を多くの人々が持っていた。しかし読み終わった後、印象はすっかり変わった。幼少期から現在に至るまで、「あの時はどうすればよかったのだろう」だとか「人間関係をうまく築くにはどうすればいいんだろう」という心のモヤモヤを抱える、大人こそ読むべきだと感じた。
本作は直接的には描かれていないキャラクターの心理や戦略を第三者の視点から客観的に解説しており、「そういった解釈もできるのか～」と気づかせてくれた。読み終わった頃には、世界をより多面的に見る必要があると改めて認識することができた。

Summary
This book will give us another perspective of fairytales that have been read by people all over the world. Most people have read Japanese fairytale (ex: Battle of the Monkey and the Crab, the Grateful crane) and Foreign fairytale (ex: The Mermaid, Cinderella, Snow White) at least once ever. However, through reading this book, we can realize what they want to tell us truly, and it notices us not only interpretation and lesson of the fairytale but the way to reflect them to our life. The structure of this book is very simple; being added illustrations and blank spaces effectively, so even people who do not usually read books can read it easily.
Impression
I can understand why fairytales have been being read and loved by people until now. Before I read it, I had an impression that fairytales are the book for kids. However, after reading it, the impression was completely changed. Through reading this book, my mind was changed that fairytales are the very thing for adults. This is Because the lesson that fairytales give us helps adults who have a lot of regret and concern as if “how should have done at that time”, “how can I make good relationship with colleagues”. What is more, this book explains character’s mentalities and strategies which are not described directly in the fairytale, it makes me reacknowledge that I have to see the world more multi-faceted.
