今回は、前回に引き続き、今年度の小西ゼミ3回生のメンバー14人をご紹介させていただきます。
自己紹介には

今日は、第2弾として残りの6人の自己紹介を書かせていただきます!

④多面的視点をもって挑戦する
⑤子供の貧困とシングルマザーの関連性
⑥ オンライン授業になり、自分一人で勉強することは以前と比べて少し大変です。しかし、この機会を経験したことで自己管理が上手になりました。空いている時間が増えたので、今まで出来なかった興味あることの学びを深めていこうと考えています。

③ウクレレを弾くこと
④積極的に自分の意見を発信し、ゼミを活発な議論の場にする。そしてメンバーからの様々な視点を今後の物事の捉え方に活かす。
⑤環境問題に対する取り組みと企業活動の両立は可能なのか。
⑥ オンライン授業が始まった頃はこの状況に対応できるのか、不安でした。例えば、今まで当たり前だった学校で友人と話をする中で自然と情報を得たり意見交換をしあったりなど、周囲の刺激を受けることが少なくなることに不安を感じていました。
なのでこれを機に自分から積極的に情報を集めるようになりました。新聞記事の分野を以前より範囲を広げて読んだり、オンラインでフリートークをされている方の話を聞いてみたりと、オンライン授業によって自分だけの価値観に留まらないようにしました。

④傾聴と発信を大切にし、論理的な思考で物事を考えられるようになる。
⑤移民政策から考える日本の多文化共生
⑥ コロナウイルスで、就活や授業、全てがオンラインになって戸惑う事が沢山ありました。しかしながら自分の時間が沢山ある分、「物事の優先順位の判断」が上手に出来るようになったと思います。例えば、重要度の高いタスクを優先して終えられたり、課題の締め切りを可視化したり、余った時間を自分の勉強や就活に時間を費やすことができて有意義に過ごすことができていると思います。
また、SNSを使う時間が増えたことから、人間関係に積極的になれた気がします!自粛モードであまり連絡を取っていなかった昔の友人や親戚に久しぶりに連絡して、楽しくコミュニケーションを取っています。高校のクラスの同級生多数で月一回Zoomでお話し会を設けたりして、出来るだけコミュニケーションを取るように心がけています。コロナでみんなきっと一人で寂しい時間があるけれど、SNSを利用して積極的にコミュニケーションを取ることで、気分転換になるし何より自粛を楽しく過ごせることができると思います!

⑥ 私がコロナ禍の中で大切にしていることは時間管理です。このような状況の中で1日1日を無駄にしないために、私は毎日「今日やるべきこと」をリストアップするようにしました。そうすることで今自分がすべきことが明確になり、焦らずに1つ1つの課題に余裕をもって取り組むことができるようになりました。
そして、空いた時間を利用して、今まで時間がないことを言い訳に後回しにしていた読書や映画鑑賞、TOEICの勉強などができ、コロナ禍でも充実した日々を送れていると思います。

⑥ 慣れないオンライン授業に最初は戸惑いましたが、慣れてくると自分のペースで勉強できるようになり、快適に授業を受けることができました。
毎日往復4時間かかっていた登校時間も今学期は無くなったので、その分空いた時間に今まで読んでみたかった本を読んだり、睡眠不足になりがちだった生活リズムを整えたりすることができました。

④ゼミでの議論、ゼミ生の発表を通して知見を広める。ゼミ生一人一人の価値観を大事にする。
⑤職業訓練の重要性
⑥ 私はコロナ禍の中でも「目標を持つこと」を大切にしています。今回を機に私はできるようになりたいこと・したいことをリストアップしました。例えば、世界の国旗を覚える、ブラインドタッチを習得する等です。きっとこの目標はコロナが流行っていなかったら立てていなかったと思います。「自粛期間であるからこそできること」はたくさんあるはずなので、目標を持って前向きに日々自分を進化させていきたいです。

⑥ What kind of life do you lead in the COVID-19 disaster , and how do you make efforts to enjoy your present life?
①Nao Nishida
②Kobe city, Hyogo prefecture
③Eating very spicy foods
④I try to challenge from several perspectives.
⑤Relation of child poverty and single mother
⑥Compared to before, it is difficult to study by myself. From this experience, my self-management skill is improved. I will try to study about some topics of my interest because I have a lot of free time than before.

④I will try to say my opinions positively and make our seminar active. In addition, I want to make the most of other members’ opinions to broaden my perspective.
⑤Is it possible to balance environmental issues with corporate activities?
⑥At first, I did not have confidence that I will study at online well. I was worry about that stimulating opportunities which can get through talking with my friends will decrease. Therefore, I can be more active to get information. For example, I try reading newspaper more details, and listen to talk show at online. I tried to expand my horizons even in this unexpected circumstance.

④I will value an active listening and saying my opinions. I will try to be more logical.
⑤Japanese multicultural coexistence from a point of immigration policy
⑥At first, I was confused to take classes or do job hunting at online because of COVID-19.
However, I became able to give priority to my tasks well because I have a lot of free time. For example, I can finish my tasks from a high priority thing or visualize the deadline of my assignment. Therefore, I can spend a meaningful time to use spare time.
In addition, I was able to socialize in a new way actively, because I become using SNS a lot than before. In this self-restraint period, I get in touch with old friends or my relatives for the first time in a while, and I can communicate with them in a joyful way. I talked with friends from high school on Zoom. I try communicating with my friends as much as possible. We should be able to enjoy our life through communicating with people more active on SNS.

④I try to say my opinions with do considerations to other members’ various ways of thinking.
⑤The effect of work-style reform on Japanese women’s empowerment
⑥I try managing time carefully. I listed up “What I should do today” to not to waste my time. As a result, I can understood what I should do clearly, and worked on assignments with time to spare. Finally, I can do many things that I was not able to do before, for example, reading books, watching movies, studying for TOEIC. I could have fulfilling days even in COVID-19 disaster.

④I try to be concerned with many disciplines and be a diverse person.

⑥ At first, I was confused to take online classes. However, I get used to this situation gradually, I can study my own pace comfortably. Although I had to take 4 hours to go to school before, I can omit my commuting time in this semester. Therefore, I can read books and regulate my life.

④I want to broaden my knowledge through discussion and presentation. I value the members’ way of thinking.
⑤The importance of job training
⑥In this kind of situation, I always try to have some goals. I listed up “What I wanted to be able to do” and “What I want to do”. For example, I try to remember national flags in the world, or learning blind touch. If the COVID-19 did not spread, I did not have these goals. There should be many things that I can do because of self-restraint period”, so I will try to have goals and evolve myself positively.
